National Club Association Promotes Katina Cavagnaro to Vice President of Membership & Sales

November 15, 2023; For Immediate Release: The National Club Association is pleased to announce the promotion of Katina Cavagnaro to vice president of membership & sales, effective immediately. 

“Katina is an invaluable member of the NCA team and a real asset to the private club community and NCA,” said President & CEO Joe Trauger. “She’s been the driving force behind record growth in the membership and reach of the association and we are pleased to recognize her leadership skills with this promotion to vice president.”

Katina joined NCA as director of membership & sales in August 2020. In that role, she has overseen NCA’s membership recruitment and retention, sponsorship and exhibit acquisition, and advertising sales.  

She is an experienced sales leader with more than 20 years of proven success. She came to NCA from Cypress Magazines where she was publisher for 15 years and held responsibility for selling for Golf Inc. Magazine, Club Management Magazine, and the Golf Inc. Summit. Katina is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is married with two children.
