Breaking News: OSHA Suspends Implementation Activity on Vaccine Mandate
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration quietly announced on their website today that the agency has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the emergency temporary standard (ETS) pending future developments in litigation against the ETS. The vaccine or test mandate was released on November 5, 2021, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay the rule on November 12. There have been 34 suits filed against the ETS in virtually every circuit around the country. The cases were consolidated to be heard by the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati. NCA will continue to keep the club community apprised of developments in the litigation.
