Summer is in full swing around the country—in private clubs, on Capitol Hill and at NCA!
NCA President & CEO Joe Trauger kicked off June with a visit to Farmington Country Club and General Manager/CEO Joe Krenn. June 14, he attended an event with Rep. Rick Allen (R-Ga.), keeping NCA's messaging at the forefront. And toward the end of the month, he participated in a retreat with members of the Mount Vernon Country Club Board of Directors at Kinlock Golf Club, Manakin-Sabot, Va.
The "Big Beautiful Bill" tax measure that passed on Capitol Hill after much debate was front and center at NCA, which issued a one-page resource to members on how its provisions, especially no-tax-on-tips and overtime, might affect private clubs. NCA also alerted members when the bill passed both the
Senate and
House.
