Survey Results: Safety and Compliance a Priority for Private Clubs

A new survey of private club leaders finds security and risk management are growing priorities.
 

Key Findings:

  • 75% of survey respondents reported incidents in the last two years that could lead to claims.
  • 9% are currently using digital systems to manage compliance.
  • Over 50% are seeking to improve safety and compliance culture.
  • 71% spend over $20,000 annually on staff health & safety training.
  • 1 in 3 respondents’ boards may lack full awareness of their legal duty of care.
