Key Findings:
- 75% of survey respondents reported incidents in the last two years that could lead to claims.
- 9% are currently using digital systems to manage compliance.
- Over 50% are seeking to improve safety and compliance culture.
- 71% spend over $20,000 annually on staff health & safety training.
- 1 in 3 respondents’ boards may lack full awareness of their legal duty of care.
