NCA serves as the voice of the
private club industry on Capitol Hill.
As the only Washington, D.C.-based trade association representing the legislative and legal interests of private clubs, NCA is dedicated to advancing the private club agenda through a wide range of resources, expertise and coalitions, ensuring that private clubs are heard on a variety of federal, regulatory, state and legal issues. Policy Agenda
NCA focuses on five main topics of interest to private clubs including: taxes, health care, labor environment, immigration. The Policy Agenda not only provides information on NCA’s positions, but also serves as a guidepost by which the Association and members evaluate legislation and regulations.
