Establishing a club’s culture and defining it accurately are two different things. Each can be critical to the decision-making that determines the long-term success of any club. A new generation of members is seeking evolving experiences from their club memberships. The sustainability of current (and future!) club success depends on the ability to recognize evolving culture and respond accordingly. This session, led by Larry Hirsh of Golf Property Analysts and Jon Last of Sports & Leisure Research Group continues the conversation they started in the winter edition of Club Director and will identify questions clubs need to address and answer and how to learn about their club’s culture to plan effectively for a successful future.
