Attendees will learn proven strategies from two experienced leaders who have guided their clubs through crisis and recovery.
Michael McCarthy, CEO and general manager of Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, Fla., will share insights from decades of leadership in hurricane readiness and relief efforts. Matthew Allnatt, general manager and COO of Jonathan Club in Los Angeles, will discuss the club’s response to the 2025 California wildfires, including its role as an evacuation center and community resource.
Together, they will highlight best practices in readiness, immediate response, recovery, and long-term community support.
